We're hiring a product designer to help us make Canny an amazing experience for our customers. You'll primarily be working alongside the founders (designer + engineer) and product team, but also sales and marketing 🚀
– Create mocks in Figma for new features and integrations
– Use feedback and communicate with customers to inform designs
– Identify opportunities for improving UI/UX in our core product
– Work with engineers to clarify design decisions and refine implementation
– Work alongside the marketing team to design landing/blog pages and emails
– Work with Sarah/founders to refine company's brand
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product design role at a tech/software company
– Experience in all stages of product design: ideation, prototyping, interaction design, developer handoff
– Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills
– Ideally you've worked in startups, even better if at a B2B SaaS startup
– Ideally you have some experience doing front-end development yourself
